COVID-19 Waiver

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many things have changed within our office. We do the best we can to have one patient in the office at a time. In the event that a patient is finishing up as another is entering, there will be over 6 feet of distance between patients. All patients MUST wear masks covering their face and nose at all times while in the office.

The room, and all equipment used, is disinfected between patients. We do the best we can to alternate rooms between patients as well. The tables are wiped down and the supplies are cleaned. Each patient using ARP Wave will have their own pads. This ensures that there is no cross-contamination.

In order to protect our patients and staff, it is important that patients do not come in if they are sick. If you are experiencing any possible symptoms, including but not limited to, fever, cough, congestion, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, or any other symptoms of being sick, please text the office immediately to reschedule your appointment. In addition, if you have been diagnosed with, or have had contact with someone who has been diagnosed with, Covid-19 in the last 14 days, please notify the office immediately. If you have had Covid-19 or have been exposed, please quarantine for 14 days before returning for treatment.

We are doing everything in our power to keep you safe and it is important that we all do our part to stay healthy during these unprecedented times.

Even though all necessary precautions are being taken and CDC guidelines are being followed, it is possible to be exposed to Covid-19 in the office setting.
